Membership Registration Fee
Please send the registration form, duly completed in
all its parts, together with payment of fee, to the
Organizing Secretariat not later than April
30th, 2004. After
this date registration will be possible only on site.

The official language of the Congress is English.
Hotel Reservation
Deadline: April 30th, 2004.
Fares are indicated per night, on a b&b basis, inclusive
of taxes.

Administration charge: € 18,00
Hotel booking can only be guaranteed if the registration
form is received by the Organizing Secretariat by
April 30th, 2004
together with advance down payment for one night stay
at the selected hotel plus € 18 for administration
charge. The advance payment, less € 18, will be
invoiced by the hotel and deducted from the final bill.
Hotel reservations not complete with advance payment
will not be taken into account.
The Organizing Secretariat will send a confirmation
letter to all participants having sent an advance payment
for the selected reservation. Hotel rooms will
be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.
In the event of non-arrival the hotel will not reimburse
down payment and the booking will be automatically cancelled
except in case of written notice by the person involved.
Cancellations
Cancellations of hotel reservations will not be accepted
after April 30th, 2004
. After this date the advance payment will not be reimbursed,
unless the reserved room is reassigned. In any case
the administration charge will not be reimbursed.

How to reach the congress venue (see

Airports: The Congress Centre can be easily
reached from Linate Airport (10 min. by car) and Malpensa
Airport (1 h. by car) with public transportation. Malpensa
Airport is also connected with the city center by Malpensa
Express Shuttle Service.
Railway station: The main station in Milano
is the Central Station where the city subway (green
line) connects the city centre with the University Hospital
San Raffaele.
Motorways: Milano is linked with all main European
motorways . From A4, A1, and A9 take Tangenziale Est
and exit at Cascina Gobba.
