POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Poster presentations will be slotted during all the
Congress on Floor – 1.
Presenters must put up their posters 45 minutes before
the beginning of the scientific sessions on Thursday
May 13th, and can dismantle them immediately after the
close of the Congress. The Organizing Secretariat is
not responsible for poster materials left up after the
end of the meeting. The poster has to be put up in the
space countermarked by the author’s name and by
a progressive number as published on the abstract book.
PARALLEL VIDEO SESSION
Video presentations will run continuously during the
Congress in Room Caravella Nina (Floor – 1). Participants
will be asked to choose the best video presented. The
vote can be expressed by filling in the appropriate
form that each participant will find in his/her folder.
The best video will be awarded a special prize at the
end of the Scientific Session.
